BREXIT INFORMATION: If you are based outside of the UK you may be charged extra import duties and VAT on your orders. The exact amount depends on your location and the total value of your order. These charges are usually collected by the courier and you will need to pay them first in order to obtain your goods.

All of our graphic art products are printed on-demand in the UK by our printing and shipping partner. This means we don’t have to hold stock for weeks or months and you receive the freshest possible prints.

We sell prints in A3 (297mm x 420mm) and A2 (420mm x 594mm) sizes. These are international standard paper sizes, used across the world, except in North America and parts of Central and South America. Bear this in mind when sourcing frames for your prints.

Each print is created using a 12 colour glicée print process. This is a high quality, museum grade inkjet printing process that produces fine details and vivid colour reproduction. We use a heavyweight, (240gsm) smooth matte paper to eliminate any glare. Our prints are designed to stand the test of time.

Our production partner ships orders internationally using Royal Mail where possible. We also provide Courier options if you want faster delivery. USA and Australia will default to Courier as this is the fastest and cheapest option. You will be presented with the relevent shipping options for your location at checkout.

We print on demand and our usual turnaround times are 3-4 days before we ship your order. Please be advised that Coronovirus measures may slow down production and shipping times. Print production times may take up to 7 days. Factor in your selected shipping option and you could have your print within 7-10 days. Non UK International shipping takes longer, so please be patient, you may need to wait at least 14 days.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a refund or replacement. Make sure you contact us first using the details below before returning any items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend you use a tracked shipping method, so you have proof of postage and that the order was delivered back to us.

Proof of purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt (your email receipt with your order number and details is fine) or proof of purchase. Without a proof of purchase, we cannot issue a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We will offer full refunds for any items which have arrived damaged due to production or shipping problems, or which have been lost in the post. Please contact us first before doing anything so we can run you through what you need to do and where to send your returned items.

If you change your mind after ordering, we recommend cancelling your order as soon as possible and at least within 12 hours to avoid having to pay production and shipping costs.

To get in touch with us regarding returns, refunds or cancelling an order, please email orders@colourform.studio with your name, address and order details.

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & Rest of the World. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time. Contact us at: orders@colourform.studio with your name, order details and address if you experience any problems.

Hopefully this won’t happen, but if it does, simply email us with a photo and description of the fault, as well as you name and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Sorry, we don’t offer framed prints at this time. This may change in future.

We sell our prints in standard A3 and A2 paper sizes. Why not support your local art supply, stationary or specialist framing store. There’s a huge choice of frames available online as well.
