TERMS & CONDITIONS

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a refund or replacement. Make sure you contact us first using the details below before returning any items.

Repack the item in the original packaging it came in – please note the item(s) must be in the original, unused condition you received it in. Once we receive your returned order, we’ll inspect it, then if it’s approved, replace it or refund it. You will be resposible for the return shipping costs.

If you change your mind after ordering, we recommend cancelling your order as soon as possible and at least within 12 hours to avoid having to pay production and shipping costs.

To get in touch with us regarding returns, refunds or cancelling an order, please email orders@colourform.studio with your name, address and order details.

If your item arrives damaged: You have 14 days from receipt of the item to notify us of any damage. Please email a photo of the damaged item, along with your full name, address and order details to: orders@colourform.studio

We will offer you a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed and issued back to the account linked to your original method of payment within 28 days.

If your item fails to arrive: Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive, as Coronovirus restrictions have slowed some services down. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & Rest of the World. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time. Contact us at: orders@colourform.studio with your full name, order number and address if you experience any problems.

SHIPPING

Our production partner ships orders internationally using Royal Mail where possible. We also provide Courier options if you want faster delivery. USA and Australia will default to Courier as this is the fastest and cheapest option. You will be presented with the relevent
shipping options for your location at checkout.

If you selected a trackable delivery service we will email you your tracking number once we receive it from the courier.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible (we recommend within 12 hours) by emailing orders@colourform.studio with your full name, address and order details. If the item has already been printed or shipped, we will be unable to refund you, as production and/or shipping costs have already been incurred.

EXTRA CHARGES FOR EU CUSTOMERS

As a UK based seller, our products may now be liable to extra charges when shipping into an EU country. This is because the UK is now no longer part of the single EU market (the process known as Brexit). Whether you will receive an uninterrupted experience and
incur import VAT and duties will be dependant on the consignment value. (The consignment value is the amount you paid for your order including shipping costs.)

Note: If you live outside of the UK you may need to pay any VAT or customs charges in order to receive your products.

The complexity of each different country’s import and VAT tax regimes, customs processes and couriers charges means we cannot know beforehand what these charges will be. This makes it extremly difficult to build these charges into our pricing.

If the consignment value of your order is €22 or below, the order can be imported by you free of Import VAT and duties.

If the consignment value is above €22 but below €150, you will be liable to pay only Import VAT which will typically be collected by the courier, who will also generally hold the parcel until payment is made.

If the consignment is above €150, you will be liable to pay Import VAT and Duties, which will again be collected by the courier.

The amount of Import VAT and Duties that will be charged will vary depending on the Country in which you are based and the product types being imported.

It is illegal to produce copies of any work which is copyrighted by us, and we reserve the right to request legal assistance to enforce any applicable laws should any breach of copyright be discovered.

PRODUCT IMAGE COLOURS

The colours of the products you see on your screen may differ from the final printed products you receive. This is due to the way colours are displayed on screens compared to the way physical ink appears on paper. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in our store. We cannot guarantee that your devices display of any colour will be accurate. Colour shifts may occur and these are not considered product printing errors.
